DingGo AU Pty Ltd (ACN 630 000 823) and its related bodies corporate, including Crash Management Services Ltd (CN 233471) (collectively DingGo) is committed to conducting its business ethically and fairly.
DingGo expects its suppliers of products and services (Suppliers) to adhere to the same standards by complying with this code of conduct. DingGo also expects Suppliers to hold their suppliers to the same standards.
This code of conduct applies to all Suppliers. Responsibility lies with every Supplier to conduct their business in accordance with its requirements.
While this code of conduct reflects DingGo’s expectations of Suppliers, Suppliers must first and foremost comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and directives in their respective jurisdictions, in addition to any contracts in place with DingGo.
In cases of conflict between this code of conduct and applicable laws, the stricter standard will apply.
DingGo may at any time review or audit a Supplier’s compliance with this code of conduct and the Supplier must co-operate by providing information, documents, and access to staff as DingGo reasonably requires for the purpose of that review or audit.
Suppliers must notify DingGo of any potential, actual or suspected breach of this code of conduct of which the Supplier is, or becomes aware.
A breach of this code of conduct by a Supplier may result in termination of that Supplier’s engagement.
DingGo may also report any statutory or regulatory breaches to the relevant law enforcement agency.
Suppliers must not engage in business practices that will restrict or limit competition or are otherwise unethical or unfair.
